The Individual Giving Manager provides leadership to the Direct
Marketing Team with responsibility for development and implementation of an
Individual Giving Strategy, including a digital strategy, that achieves
positive income growth and build of the Institute’s donor base for short and
long term success. The role will be crucial in helping to drive the
implementation of a comprehensive approach to building on the donor journey
including the growth of mid-value donors through a cohesive approach, in
conjunction with the Major Giving team. Significant experience of Direct
Marketing with experience in the NFP sector, together with robust strategic
planning skills and an innovative approach will ensure success in the role.

and work of the Institute and will be driven and ambitious but will thrive in
an innovative, collaborative and
