Richmond Associates welcomes the appointment of Heather Hamilton as the new Executive Director of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Asia Pacific region.
Working with CASE as part of a world-wide search to recruit this pivotal role, Richmond Associates Director (Australia) Jocelyn Kelty believes the future of CASE Asia Pacific is in good hands.
“The calibre of candidates who applied for the role was outstanding,” Ms Kelty said.
“Heather is highly regarded in Australia and Asia for her impressive work in educational advancement and we have every confidence that she will continue the important work of CASE throughout the region.”
Starting in early January, Ms Hamilton will oversee the development and delivery of CASE training and professional development programs and services that support alumni relations, advancement services, communications, fundraising and marketing professionals who work at educational institutions in the region.
“I am very excited to be joining the CASE community,” Ms Hamilton said. “As a global citizen, originally from Canada and having also lived and worked throughout Australia and Asia, the CASE vision to transform lives and society worldwide, very much resonates with me. The opportunities to further develop the regions membership and programming are immense.”
Ms Hamilton currently serves as the Executive Director of Advancement and Community Relations at Brisbane Grammar School (BGS), an all-boys school in Queensland, Australia, where she leads a team of 10 professionals and manages relationships with 300 volunteers.
She will be the third executive director in the Asia Pacific region since CASE founded an office in Singapore in 2007. In the decade that has followed, CASE has successfully expanded its educational and networking opportunities, hosting major conferences, institutes and study tours in Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
Richmond Associates is proud to partner with CASE globally.
