In its 20th anniversary year Richmond Associates is thrilled to announce the opening of a new office, based in Singapore.

Headed up by Chua Beng Hwee, the Richmond Associates’ Singapore office will support growing demand for trained fundraising professionals across Asia.

Richmond Associates’ Managing Director, Sonja Dunphy, said she is delighted to welcome Beng Hwee to the Richmond global team.

“Beng Hwee is well known around the world for her exceptional work with CASE Asia-Pacific over the last 9 years and prior to that as a senior advancement professional,” Ms Dunphy said.

“I can’t think of anyone better placed to develop the business in Asia whilst upholding our company values of superior client service and professionalism.”

Over the last 20 years Richmond Associates has worked with many of the world’s leading education, health care, arts and culture organisations in the UK, Europe and Australasia, helping them build professional fundraising teams. It has also been instrumental in developing the global careers of many individuals.

Chua Beng Hwee said she is excited to be joining a company that has established the gold standard in executive search for the not-for-profit sector by always placing people first and building long-term relationships based on mutual trust and shared values.

“I am honoured to be given the opportunity to establish the Richmond Associates brand in Asia, working with a team that truly cares about doing a good job,” Ms Chua said.

“With an increased focus in Asia on building a culture of philanthropy, there is a greater demand for trained fundraisers in the region. I’m really looking forward to becoming part of the Richmond global team and working with exceptional education, healthcare and arts clients to help them locate the best talent.”

Richmond Associates was established in the UK in 1999 by its founder, Moyra Doyle. In 2009, we began operating in Australia and became the country’s first specialist firm in fundraising recruitment, headed by Jocelyn Kelty.  We are delighted that Chua Beng Hwee’s Singapore office will now lead the way in Asia.
