Since 1879, St Aloysius’ College has served the city of Sydney by educating boys in the tradition inspired by the example of Saint Ignatius of Loyola.

As a key member of the Foundation Office, the Development Manager will work collaboratively with colleagues and the school community to support the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of key existing and new prospective donors to the College Foundation, alongside the development and implementation of a robust bequest strategy.
You will bring demonstrated experience working in a fundraising role, ideally within an educational or leading charity setting with the ability to identify, cultivate and solicit major gifts of $50K+. A deep belief in, and commitment to, philanthropy, education and the ideals and mission of the College is essential.
