The Gallery attracts approximately 1.3m visitors and the website, which includes content rich education resources, attracts over 2m unique visitors annually.

The Art Gallery of NSW is Sydney's most important public gallery and showcases significant works by Australian and international artists. It has one of the world's largest permanent exhibitions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art. The gallery hosts exceptional exhibitions from both international and Australian artists, as well as education programs and online exhibitions.

An opportunity is now available for an experienced Development Research and Information Manager to join the team, making a strong impact to the Gallery’s philanthropic success. Responsible for providing strategically driven data insights, analysis and reporting, you will provide proactive advice regarding how best to maximise revenue potential from a range of high-level donors and corporate sponsors while also supporting the wider activities of the Executive, Trustees and Government Relations divisions.

Experience working in a development or advancement team in a similar position is essential, as are strong communication skills and the ability to ensure that research activities are aligned with industry best practice.
