Musica Viva Australia relies on the generosity of its supporters to help bring its mission to life- giving audiences access to the performances, education programs, new works and tours for which they are renowned.
MVA’s dedication to the commissioning and programming of new Australian works is key to their vision, and through eclectic and thoughtful programming, they endeavour to lead the industry in presenting concerts that challenge and thrill all audiences.
The Development team now seeks a Development Manager who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Musica Viva Australia’s philanthropic and private income-related outcomes in Western Australia.
With demonstrated experience in fundraising and relationship management, ideally gained in the arts or the broader not for profit sector, the successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will see them engaging easily with stakeholders both internal and external in driving the organisation’s philanthropic agenda. An interest in and/or knowledge of the arts scene, classical music and music education will be fundamental.
