From the moment a student walks through the historic Heyington Gates, she is encouraged to be bold, to question and to contribute. The School motto “Nil Magnum Nisi Bonum – Nothing is Great unless it is Good” challenges students to understand the balance between individual goodness and what it takes to create a good society. With a deep legacy, St Catherine’s offers a vibrant, close-knit community where students, teachers, and parents share in the journey of learning.

The appointment of Natalie Charles to the role of Principal in 2025 sees St Catherine’s entering a new chapter. With the development of a new strategic plan underway and a major construction project due to be completed in 2026, St Catherine’s is a school on the move.

In support of these new strategic priorities, the School Executive now seeks a new Director of Community Engagement who will lead the development and execution of the School’s strategic community engagement plan, ensuring integration of enrolment, marketing, community relations and philanthropic functions across the school. St Catherine’s is looking for a visionary leader with extensive experience in admissions together with sound knowledge of all facets of community engagement. The successful candidate will be a results-driven, data-led and entrepreneurial individual, passionate about driving brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and achieving enrolment targets.

Experience in the leadership and management of staff with the ability to mentor, support and grow a cross-functional team, encouraging a culture of collaboration and high performance, will be fundamental.
