INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas to develop responsible leaders who transform business and society.  As a mission-driven school, INSEAD focuses on three values: open, rigorous, and entrepreneurial. Founded on a commitment to innovation in management education, INSEAD was the first international business school, introduced the first one-year MBA, pioneered company specific executive education, and has developed a unique fully-integrated multi-continent campus structure. Today, no more than 10% of the incoming MBA class comes from one country – we truly are the Business School for the World.

Philanthropic relationships with individuals and organisations are critical to supporting excellence and academic innovation. The Development team, who have increased and surpassed their fundraising targets for the last five consecutive years, have just publicly launched their Force for Good Campaign and are seeking an Director/Associate Director, Development, to further their philanthropic engagement efforts.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Development, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding high level donor relationships, with a focus on Germany, Belgium Switzerland and France.  As an internal advocate for the fundraising strategy, you will provide a coordinated approach with faculty, staff colleagues and senior volunteers.

Key to your success in this role is your extensive experience working in major gift fundraising and campaign development, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a range of key stakeholders. Although knowledge of French and/or German would be advantageous, it is not essential.

If you believe you have the skills, aptitude and commitment to join an advancement team in one of the world’s leading business schools, we look forward to hearing from you.

INSEAD is a graduate business school with campuses in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
