Latymer Upper School is a school like no other. A vibrant co-educational day school which

The Latymer Foundation was established in 1624 and it runs Latymer Upper
School and Latymer Prep in Hammersmith. Through the fundraising, alumni and
community engagement activities driven by the Latymer Foundation Office, the
Upper School is able to provide significant financial support for talented
students to access a world-class education, thus being a true engine for social
The Latymer Foundation publicly launched its Inspiring Minds campaign
in 2017, with the aim to raise £40 million by 2024, which will help to fund
bursaries for as many as one in four Upper School pupils. With £34 million having been raised so far, an
exceptional opportunity has arisen to drive the Foundation Office’s activity towards
the successful conclusion of the campaign and to design a roadmap for future
growth and engagement.

be a first-class relationship builder and manager, motivated by the School’s
ethos for excellence. As an outstanding
leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing income generation
strategies, confidence in your own ability to operate at this strategic level
will be underpinned by your demonstrable experience of negotiating and securing
high level relationships for the organisations you’ve represented. Ideally, this will have been gained in a
philanthropic fundraising environment, however the School is open to exploring
transferrable skills developed in the commercial sector.

The Latymer Foundation was established in 1624 ‘to clothe and educate eight poore boyes’ in Hammersmith. It remains true to the vision of its founder Edward Latymer to this day, offering a first class education to academically able students from all walks of life.
