the Vice President for Advancement, the Director of Development (Marketing, Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement)
will transform the University’s
marketing strategy to increase engagement with alumni and participation in
their Annual Giving initiatives. This
includes growing the Annual Giving programme through implementing robust
cultivation, solicitation and volunteer management strategies, and analysing
data on engagement levels with each stakeholder group to inform and improve
future marketing plans and campaigns.
As an outstanding and innovative
marketing leader, you will have expertise in developing strategies to increase
participation in annual fundraising programmes, engaging a large base of
constituents, and building a pipeline of prospects for the major gifts
programme. You will
lead the alumni engagement strategy and motivate the team to deliver best-in-class
engagement and annual giving programmes across the University.
Key to building strong relationships
with a range of key stakeholders across the University, will be your excellent
interpersonal skills and ability
to communicate to a wide range of audiences with gravitas. You will have demonstrated leadership
qualities including the ability to think and act at a strategic level, which will
help us to realise our ambitions.
