The University of Lincoln is
seeking an experienced development professional to lead its fundraising and
alumni relations at an exciting time in its history.

The Head of Development and
Alumni Relations will lead the University’s alumni and development team.
Working closely with the Deputy Vice Chancellor (External Relations), the
successful candidate will develop and implement an enhanced alumni relations
programme, and will lead fundraising for the University, focussing initially on
the new Lincoln Medical School, a transformational project for the University,
city and region. You will be a member of the Communications, Development and
Marketing (CDM) team and will report to the Director of CDM.
Key to your success in this role
will be your proven track-record of fundraising and alumni relations, ideally
developed in the HE sector, including direct experience of raising five and
six-figure gifts from individuals (lifetime gifts and legacies), corporates,
trusts and foundations. You will be comfortable operating at a senior level
with University leaders, donors and friends, and will display excellent
communication and inter-personal skills, diplomacy, tact and self-awareness.
