This is an excellent opportunity to join the St. Andrew's Autism Centre (SAAC) which believes in enabling people with autism to lead dignified and meaningful lives; relating to people with autism as unique individuals — person first; autism second.

SAAC is looking to increase fundraising efforts over the next few years to support their key priorities on the immediate horizon. They are investing in building up their engagement activities and the new Head of Fundraising will provide leadership to drive these efforts.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Fundraising will develop a robust fundraising strategy; manage a personal portfolio of donors and prospects and oversee the delivery of fundraising programmes.

An outstanding leader with a proven track record of driving fundraising strategies to increase overall incomes from a range of sources, your success will be demonstrated by your ability to operate strategically and secure philanthropic gifts at the level of $50,000 or more.  You are a highly effective leader with experience of coaching and guiding a small team of fundraisers to achieving outstanding results.  Key to your success will be your strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly gain the confidence of colleagues and volunteers, as well as your experience of effectively navigating complex environments.
