The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) is a policy think-tank at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
The Institute analyses public policy, building bridges between thought leaders, communicating its findings to a wide audience and providing a platform for mature, open and incisive discussion on Singapore’s challenges, options and direction.
Since its establishment in 1988, the IPS team has grown in terms of organisation size and scope. IPS has ambitious plans to grow its efforts in conducting community solutions focused research to develop and test ideas for social and institutional change.
IPS has earned its reputation as a trusted leader in research and examines issues of critical national interest across a variety of fields and studies the attitudes and aspirations of Singaporeans through surveys of public perception.
Working closely with the Associate Director (Development), you will strategically elevate donor engagement and boost financial support for IPS.
Other key responsibilities include driving fundraising success by leading select initiatives, securing major gifts and nurturing relationships with high value donors, contribute to identifying opportunities, developing and executing campaigns, and managing the day-to-day functions of the Development team.
