MY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE/ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I am an experienced fundraising professional who gained more than 15 years’ experience, providing prospect research support for a range of global clients before joining Richmond Associates in 2019.
I have been actively involved in the advancement of my field having served as Chair of the Cultural Sector Network Research Sub-Committee and co-chair of the Museum and Arts Researchers. I was previously Vice-Chair of the Researchers in Fundraising Committee and sat on the Policy Advisory Board for the Institute of Fundraising.
My experience encompasses research, benchmarking, due diligence, compliance, process improvement, pipeline management, prospecting, country profiling, team management and mentoring.
I draw on my extensive international experience within the cultural and educational sectors having worked for organisations such as The Natural History Museum, the National Trust, Historic Houses Trust in Sydney; University College London and a range of museums and cultural organisations.
WHAT BRINGS ME JOY
Meeting new clients and candidates and learning about what they are all about, bringing them together to ultimately secure the long-term future of amazing causes. I am curious by nature and passionate about the natural world, the cultural sector and higher education.
My family, my cat, friends, a good story, learning and being outdoors. My favourite place is swimming in the ocean, especially in my home country of Australia.
