Closing 1 November 2024

We are trusted for our people and processes, and serve as the only specialist search firm with offices in the UK, Australia and Asia.

As a global, values-driven executive search consultancy, we work in partnership with the world’s leading education, cultural, health and charitable organisations and experienced and emerging fundraising, engagement and advancement professionals, finding matches and helping to make great things happen.

We are seeking a new colleague to join us from a home-base in the UK as a Consultant.

We offer a collaborative, supportive and flexible team and work environment which gives you the ability to work from home and balance work and personal commitments, managing your own time.

As a Consultant, you will play an integral role in our team, successfully delivering recruitment projects and providing an excellent service and experience for clients and candidates.  You will be advising the senior leaders of some of our greatest institutions in making one of their most important decisions. It is a satisfying, stimulating and challenging role.

As you will be based in the UK, you will primarily focus on UK and continental European clients, and work with candidates globally.  There will be opportunities to support searches in other regions in the world, depending on the brief and needs within the team.

We are looking for a professional service-orientated, enterprising individual with the confidence and communication skills to build long lasting relationships at all levels. You will have a collaborative approach and the drive to deliver results. Your experience which may have been gained in an executive search environment or within an advancement or fundraising team, will be matched with your creativity and ability to work in the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture . Ideally you will have experience of working in both large and small organisations with a strong preference for the quick decision making and flexibility of the latter.

If you are looking for a career opportunity where you can make a real impact, please get in touch.

Closing date for application: 9am Friday, 1 November
