Job Details
Redlands is one of Australia’s preeminent coeducational independent schools, offering a contemporary, world-class education designed to inspire academic excellence and confidence for life.

With a newly developed Master Plan across all campuses and a strong commitment to innovation, Redlands is poised for a transformational period of growth. The School has recently undertaken a review of philanthropy, identifying clear opportunities to grow fundraising outcomes with particular focus on scholarships and capital works.
The School is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Development to lead their fundraising team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the School’s leadership team and Community Engagement peers to translate strategic recommendations into a targeted fundraising plan that supports the School’s long-term vision.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and the wider community. You will have a strong track record of working closely with Boards or Foundations, playing a key role in shaping and executing effective philanthropic strategies. Your leadership experience will include developing and expanding a development team, underpinned by a collaborative and inspiring approach. Importantly, you will have a demonstrated ability to deliver results in major gift programs and capital campaigns, with a clear focus on long-term impact and engagement.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced development leader to join a highly respected school and play a key role in shaping its future.
