Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia is one of the eleven independent Chapters within the Australian Ronald McDonald House network.  As an independent charity, they are governed locally and responsible for their own strategy, growth, fundraising and service delivery.

Their fundraising team is a small but highly capable group of professionals who are passionate about creating meaningful impact for families with sick and injured children.

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Philanthropy role is accountable for designing and delivering a multi-year fundraising strategy that grows sustainable philanthropic income, with a personal and hands-on focus on building and converting a major donor pipeline.

As the successful candidate you will bring a demonstrable track record in cultivating stakeholder and donor relationships, securing gifts at the 6 figure level with the ability to lead a team and drive the fundraising strategy.
