Job Details

Reporting to the Principal and a member of the College Executive, the Director of Advancement will lead the College’s integrated Advancement function, bringing together fundraising, alumni and community engagement in support of the College’s mission. As the College’s chief fundraiser, the Director will personally lead the College’s major and principal gift relationships and build the strategy, team and systems required to deliver significant fundraising campaigns and a sustained increase in philanthropic support for bursaries and the ongoing development and renewal of the College.

The successful candidate will bring a breadth of leadership experience ideally across all facets of the advancement portfolio with a track record of success securing major and principal gifts. The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, encouraging collaboration and high performance will be critical, together with a commitment to the mission of Catholic education of boys in the Jesuit tradition.
