Closing 23/04/2026

The school educates boys and girls aged 3-18 years. We respect and nurture all students as individuals, seeking to inspire and celebrate their efforts in pursuing intellectual, moral, cultural, social and physical development.

Embedding a culture of philanthropy in the School community amongst students, teachers, staff, parents and alumni is one of our key priorities. Philanthropy funds exceptional opportunities helping to drive sustainability initiatives, encourage student leadership and service activities, give access to inspirational visitors and significantly drive both participation and excellence in our sports and arts programmes.

The School is now seeking a Senior Manager, Development who will creatively design and drive the regular giving programme, and increase engagement and participation levels. Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Head of TTS Foundation, you will also play an active role in all aspects of alumni engagement and fundraising at the School. Your work will not only be integral to the growth of a culture of philanthropy, but it will also be key to the future of our major gift and alumni engagement programmes.

You will bring experience and success in developing income generation strategies and running innovative regular giving, direct marketing or loyalty engagement programmes, ideally gained in a Not-For-Profit environment. We are looking for someone who has proven that they can design and launch this type of programme, and has a deep understanding of how this discipline is evolving and how to engage our supporters across the generations. It is important that you also know how a regular giving programme feeds into a wider fundraising pipeline, particularly in supporting the identification of potential major donors. Key to your success will be your strong relationship-building, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of successful internal stakeholder engagement and the ability to read, analyse and report on data in order to inform future strategies. Your technical savvy and collaborative approach to working in a team will help you take our programme to new heights.

If you believe in contributing to the vision of TTS, please contact our recruitment partner at Richmond Associates on +65 9684 7487 or info@richmond-associates.com.

Closing date for applications is 09:00am on 23/04/2026.

It is estimated that first interviews with Tanglin Trust School will take place around 5th May with final interviews taking place around 7th May.
