The Senior Philanthropy Manager, University Priorities leads a team of relationship fundraisers focused on the development and implementation of a sustainable, university-wide major and principal gift strategy to secure philanthropic support from individuals, corporates, foundations, and community organisations locally, nationally and globally.
Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, the role is accountable for building and stewarding high-value donor relationships, identifying aligned opportunities and securing major, principal and transformational philanthropic gifts with new and existing donors using a donor-centred and institutionally aligned approach. Through strategic engagement and a relationship-based model, the Senior Philanthropy Manager, University Priorities connects diverse philanthropic stakeholders with UTS’s strategic vision and university-wide priorities, presenting compelling funding opportunities that support education, research, Indigenous priorities and community impact.
The role partners with University executives and academic leadership to proactively secure major, principal and transformational gifts for Institutional Priorities (those that have a university wide span or impact) multiple faculties.

This position ia being advertised internally and externally concurrently. In accordance with UTS policy, priority consideration will be given to suitably qualified redeployment candidates, while applications are also welcomed from experienced fundraisers in the external market.
