I bring over two decades of experience advising on the appointments of senior leaders across a diverse range of educational institutions and charities. My work carries a particular focus on philanthropic fundraising with significant networks across the UK and globally. The extent of my experience in this area reflects a deep understanding of the sector’s unique demands and market forces.

I care deeply about the human impact of my work. Throughout my career, I have supported leaders from all types of non-profit organisations in attracting the very best development professionals. It is hugely rewarding to match clients with candidates whose impact directly leads to raising millions for the world’s most pressing causes. It is a privilege to serve a sector that works tirelessly to make the world a better, safer and more equitable place.

Having grown up all over the world and attended an array of different international schools, I have developed an innate interest in people from all backgrounds and walks of life. This curiosity is something I bring to my role on a daily basis, ensuring I am readily able to establish rapport and trust. I hold an MA in Modern Languages from the University of St Andrews.

Professionally
Working with a huge variety of incredible clients engages me on many levels and I love the fact that no two days in search are ever quite the same. Knowing that we are playing our part in changing the world for the better is also hugely motivating. Above all, it is a joy to work with a team of people with a shared passion for what we do – and for each other.

Personally
I find myself taking joy from the simple things in life: cooking for my hungry family, walking my dogs across the Salisbury plain and escaping to enjoy the magical colours of the Cornish coast.
