Richmond Associates congratulates Simon Phillips on his appointment as Director of Development, Hong Kong International School.

Simon began his advancement career in the UK before relocating to Hong Kong in 2013, where he has led on major gift fundraising for both a leading international school and a top UK university. He is a committed relationship builder and cross-cultural fundraiser, with over a decade of experience in Asian philanthropy.

As the Director of Development at HKIS, Simon will play a pivotal role in advancing the school’s mission and vision. Working in close collaboration with the Chief Advancement Officer and senior leadership team, he will lead and oversee all activities related to identifying, engaging, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors.
