by | 4 Jun 2024

Congratulations to Marcus King who has recently been promoted within the University of Nottingham‘s Campaign & Alumni Relations Office to take on a new role as the Senior Development Manager for the Faculty of Engineering.

As a dedicated and valued donor relations manager, Marcus has worked across the University and supporter community to deepen engagement. He was looking to hone his skills and further contribute to fundraising success, and the perfect opportunity arose to do so.

Jon Ashford-Smith says, ““We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Marcus to the team. His positive energy, natural good humour and can-do attitude make him an excellent addition. He’s already hugely popular with our donor community and we’re excited about him developing new philanthropic relationships with more of our alumni.”

Marcus says “I am thrilled to start this new chapter. It is a privilege to represent a faculty at the forefront of developing innovative and sustainable technologies that are transforming infrastructure, transportation, energy, and healthcare on a global scale. I am truly excited to engage with our esteemed alumni and see the meaningful impact we can create together.”

We wish Marcus great success in his new role!
